PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the linearity of a machine body during linear traveling by regenerative braking force of an electric motor. SOLUTION: A sulky rice transplanter 10 is provided with a motor-driven power steering device 34 capable of assisting steering effort of a steering wheel 16 by driving force of the electric motor 40. During work traveling where linearity is demanded such as in planting, by forcibly operating short-circuiting of input terminals 40a and 40b of the electric motor 40, even when a front wheel 11 is affected by road surface reaction force, furrow pan reaction force or the like and the steering wheel 16 tries to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, this is blocked by the regenerative braking force of the electric motor 40, and by this, the linearity of the traveling machine body 13 is improved. |
