PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a loss of a differential limiting force caused by an energizing means, and to improve rise of the differential limiting force. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a differential mechanism 9 having a pinion gear 25 and output side side gears 27, 29, a friction clutch 11 for restricting its differential rotation, and the energizing means 13 arranged in a circumferential direction space of the adjacent pinion gear 25, for giving an initial-torque by pressing the friction clutch 11 in the same direction as an interlocking reaction force of the side gears 27, 29.
