PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft earth retaining tunnel wall construction method for eliminating a soil improvement near to an entrance of a shaft by previously forming a tunnel wall inside of the shaft in a starting opening and an arrival opening of a tunnel construction specially for the shaft earth retaining tunnel wall construction method at the starting opening and the arrival opening of the tunnel construction. SOLUTION: A tunnel wall construction frame body is mounted to a liner plate forming the shaft or an entrance inside position of a sheet pile, a space in the tunnel wall construction frame body is filled with a filler, and a hardening tunnel wall is formed in advance on the ground or a construction field to provide the shaft earth retaining tunnel wall construction method for eliminating the soil improvement near to the shaft at the starting opening and the arrival opening of the tunnel construction.
