PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rake return type refuse removing device capable of enhancing the collecting efficiency of refuse removed from a rake by using a wiper mechanism. SOLUTION: A wiper mechanism 10 is provided with an arm 10b which is rockably constituted by using a support shaft 10d disposed in the outside of a rake transfer passage as a support point and returned to a rake waiting position by a weight 10c, a blade section 10a provided at the tip of the arm 10b and moved along the rake 4 by the pressing rake 4, and a strip plate cover 10g formed at the contact side with the rake in the arm 10b, receiving refuse scraped down by the blade section 10a and discharging the received refuse by the gravity by the erection of the arm 10b at the time when the arm 10b returns to the waiting position of the rake.
