PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a log connecting metal fixture capable of quickly and easily connecting a log at a site and a log connection structure. SOLUTION: A pair of straps 2 and 2 constituted by providing nail holes 6 and claw pieces 4 directed to the center side of the log are connected to both ends of each of strap bodies 3 curved in an approximately semi-circular shape fitted to the side section of the log by a pivot shaft 8 extended at right angles orthogonal to the circumferential surfaces in a state to butt the circumferential surfaces of the central parts of the straps against each other in a rotatable manner.
