PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for industrially producing a high-purity tris(alkylthioalkanoyloxy)ethyl]isocyanurate derivative in a high yield. SOLUTION: This method for producing a tris(alkylthioalkanoyloxy) ethyl]isocyanurate derivative represented by general formula (1) is characterized by reacting an alkylthioalkanoic acid derivative represented by general formula (2) R1S(CH2)nCOOH (2) (R1 is a group selected from the group consisting of straight-chain or branched-chain alkyl groups; n is 1-4) with a tris(2-haloethyl) isocyanurate represented by general formula (3) (X is a chlorine atom or a bromine atom) in an organic solvent in the presence of a deacidifying agent.
