PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition (1) increased in the content of a non-peptidic physiologically active substance and capable of exerting sure pharmacological effect through controlling or accelerating the release of the non-peptidic physiologically active substance, and (2) when the non-peptidic physiologically active substance had subcutaneous irritancy, hopeful of the action of compensating the irritancy by terminal intense acidic groups, and (3) having a high glass transition point and high stability. SOLUTION: This composition comprises a non-peptidic physiologically active substance and a biodegradable polymer or a salt thereof having at least two terminal carboxy groups.
