SILICEOUS FERTILIZER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular siliceous fertilizer which is fast in particle decay properties, can rapidly provide a silicic acid component and is granulated. SOLUTION: This siliceous fertilizer is prepared by adding an organic binder of >50%/5 minutes in the solubility in water to the powder of a siliceous composition of 0.6 to 3.0 mm in D90 and >=37μm in D50 and granulating the powder. The elution rate of the silicic acid component within one month when measured by an ion exchange method is >=16 mass%.
