PURPOSE: An add information supported video chatting system is provided to let users promptly acquire new information and use the information in various fields through chatting. CONSTITUTION: The clients(10) connect to a portal site providing a video chatting service after registering as members on the first screen of a homepage. The clients select a desired field and enter a chatting waiting room. Thereafter, the clients make new chatting rooms or enter the existing chatting rooms. While plural clients chat in the chatting room, one to one chatting based on mutual agreement of the clients is possible. The members are chased by a server(30). Herein, the members needing connection data of other members are allowed to use the information. A list of members and short profiles are displayed on the first screen. Chatting is conducted with images, voices, and written characters.
