PURPOSE: A voltage adjusting apparatus of a car generator is provided to detect a ripple voltage to avoid deterioration of charge characteristic of a battery due to reduction of an adjusted voltage while a generated current is increased. CONSTITUTION: A voltage adjusting apparatus of a car generator comprises a generated voltage sensor(2), a ripple voltage detector(3), a reference voltage change unit(4), a signal inverter(5), an adjust voltage decision unit(6), and a switching unit(7). The sensor(2) senses a generated voltage. The detector(3) converts a ripple voltage of the generated voltage to a DC voltage. The change unit(4) changes a reference voltage based on the detected ripple voltage. The signal inverter(5) inverts the reference voltage. The decision unit(6) has an OP amp(U3) and a resistor(R10) for adjusting a signal by using the inverter(5) and the detector(2). The switching unit(7) is a transistor(Q1) that is switched depending on the output of the decision unit(6).
