发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SPHERICAL FINE SILVER POWDER AT ORDINARY TEMPERATURE
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing spherical fine silver powder at ordinary temperature is provided which reduces energy consumption by avoiding high temperature process and manufactures completely spherical silver powder having uniformed particle distribution and a particle size of 1 to 2 microns using hydroquinone as an organic reducing agent. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing spherical fine silver powder at ordinary temperature comprises the processes of completely dissolving 50 to 500 g of silver nitrate having a concentration of 50 to 500 g/L which is used as a material of silver powder into distilled water at an ordinary temperature; adjusting a pH of the solution to 11 by adding ammonia water to the solution; completely dissolving hydroquinone with distilled water at an ordinary temperature after putting 16.5 to 165 g of hydroquinone used as a reducing agent into other container; mixing the two prepared solutions in a Teflon reactor, wherein the reaction is carried out at an ordinary temperature for a reaction time of 10 to 180 minutes; solid/liquid separating the reacted material when the reaction is terminated; and manufacturing silver powder by drying the washed material at 50 deg.C for 24 hours or more after washing the resulting material several time using distilled water.
