PURPOSE: An electron gun for a color CRT is provided to reduce a separation distance of the electron beams at the center of the panel by improving an electrode structure arranged in the electron gun of a color CRT and increase a color purity margin by enlarging a separation distance between the centers of electron beams. CONSTITUTION: An electron gun for a color CRT comprises a cathode for emitting electron beams, a first electrode as a control electrode, a second electrode as an acceleration electrode, a third electrode installed space from the second electrode, a fourth electrode, a fifth electrode and a sixth electrode. The electron beams(13) emitted from the cathode are controlled by the first electrode, accelerated by the second electrode(5), passes through the third electrode(6) and passes the focus lens formed by voltage difference between the third electrode and the fourth electrode and turns to the outside. The electron beams(13) are eccentric toward outside horizontal direction by passing through the outside electron beams through hole(100') formed at the fourth electrode.
