PURPOSE: Provided are a method for preparing a polyamide particulate by polymerizing laurolactam, or laurolactam and lactam having C6-C8 in isoparaffin, and a method for purifying a polyamide particulate by treating the particulate with hydrogen peroxide. CONSTITUTION: The method comprise heating a laurolactam, or laurolactam and lactam having C6-C8 in isoparaffin in the presence of alkali metal catalyst, fusion inhibitor and polymerization initiator, so as to polymerize the laurolactam, or laurolactam and lactam having C6-C8. The fusion inhibitor is an alkali metal salt of higher fatty acid. The polymerization initiator is phosphorus trichloride. The polyamide particulate obtained by the method has a high purity. |
