APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR RECYCLING PLASTIC WASTE

PURPOSE: A method for recycling plastic waste as a raw material of a boiler without discarding the waste to result in improvement of solving problem for selecting any reclamation place and of protecting various water- and/or soil-contamination caused from the discarding of waste. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps of removing impurities including sand, glass pieces and/or pebbles from a plastic waste during transfer of the waste into a conveyor(1); removing metallic components from the pre-treated waste by using a first magnet separator(4); crushing the second treated waste in a crusher(5) to produce desired dimension of the waste; removing the metallic waste from the crushed material by using a second separator(7); filtering impurities such as tape or strap and/or string in a filter device(9); supplying a certain amount of the waste while admixing the waste in a mixer(11) into a further process; and forming the waste into a desired size by using a compressing and heating mold(13).
