PURPOSE: An apparatus for grey water system and operation method thereof are provided, which are characterized in that biological treatment and surfactant are used in the system for recycling sewage to grey water. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises: a means for removing suspended materials by screening; a means for denitrifying sewage; a means for aerating sewage, and injecting surfactant into sewage for reacting surfactant with oil and fat; a means for removing sludge by specific gravity; a means for removing organics by activated microorganisms; and a means for storing treated sewage for using thereof as grey water.
