BICYCLE DRIVEN BY MOVING BODY BACK AND FORTH

摘要

PURPOSE: A bicycle operating with moving the body is provided to exercise the whole body, and to maximize effect of exercise by driving the bicycle with a handle and a saddle. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle is composed of a handle(24); a handle supporting bar(21) extended from the handle, and combined with a front wheel(26); a body frame(20) connected to the upper part of the handle supporting bar; a pair of middle wheels(27) installed in a middle wheel supporting part(41); a saddle(29) mounted in the body frame; a rear wheel supporting bar(22) connected to the body frame, and combined with a rear wheel(28); a lower frame(39) connected to the lower part of the handle supporting bar and the rear wheel supporting bar; a ratchet gear(35) installed in a connecting shaft between middle wheels to transmit rotational force; and a chain(34) fixed between an extension part(31) of the handle supporting bar and the rear wheel supporting bar, and combined with the ratchet gear. The rear wheel is moved back and forth with pushing the handle forward in pressing the saddle or pulling the handle repeatedly, and the middle wheels are turned with the ratchet gear. The exercise effect is increased with driving the bicycle by moving the whole body.
