PURPOSE: A method for mediating web sites on internet is provided to ensure a new founder's convenience and operating stabilization to a maximum by increasing the value of an existing site through reprocessing and trading in accumulated know-how together. CONSTITUTION: After searching for PR sites, a purchaser selects a desired site. The purchaser asks an operator information for the selected site or directly visits the selected site in order to judge whether the site is suitable for his purchase intention. After that, the purchaser makes out detailed contract contents for the selected site. Then the purchaser meets the seller directly. After confirming the contents of the contract, they put their signature to the contract. If the contract is concluded, the seller carries out the transfer of his site within an appointed date.
