摘要 PURPOSE: A fiber-optic Fabry-Perot interferometric temperature measurer is provided to sustain the high resolution of a temperature sensor employing a high resolution fiber-optic interferometer at a wide range of temperature by using a low resolution fiber-optic interferometer. CONSTITUTION: A fiber-optic Fabry-Perot interferometric temperature measurer comprises a sensing unit(130) consisting of a high resolution main sensor(35) and a low resolution auxiliary sensor(38) and causing optical phase change corresponding to the temperature change of an object, an optical unit(140) consisting of a laser diode, an optical isolator, a fiber-optic coupler, a single mode optical fiber, an optical signal lag phase, and a photoelectric converter and offering an incident light to the sensing unit by modulating the intensity of the incident light, and a signal processing unit(150) calculating the phase of the reflected light detected by the optical unit and calculating the temperature of the object corresponding to the calculated phase. When the change of optical phase corresponding to the temperature change of the object is detected, the information of the position of a period to which the phase change portion of the main sensor belongs is obtained from the auxiliary sensor. Therefore, the resolution of the main sensor is sustained stably.
