PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shots-type disposable diaper which can be made round so that excreta or a bad odor may not be leaked from an opening surrounding a waist or openings surrounding legs. SOLUTION: A fixing tape 10 by which the shorts-type disposable diaper 1 can be made round is arranged in the neighborhood of the both-side edges 5 of a rear waist surrounding area 22 and extended in a vertical direction in parallel to the both side edges 5. The tape 10 has an upper end edge part 10a positioned on the side of a waist surrounding opening 6 and a lower end edge part 10b positioned on the side of leg surrounding openings 7. The part 10a is fixed to the diaper 1 via a joining part 11, which is tilted toward the side of the part 10b inward in the direction of the surrounding of the waist from the edges 5 of the area 22.
