摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an aluminum alloy parts capable of preventing a surface film (hardened layer) from peeling from an aluminum base material (brake disk for instance). SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of an aluminum alloy parts constituted of a forging preparation process in which a stock w3 before forging is formed through a stock lump obtained by solidification, a forging process in which a forging w4 is processed to have a form corresponding to a target parts is formed out of the stock w3 before forging, a process in which the forging w4 is finished by machining to obtain the shape of the target parts, and a surface film process for forming a surface film on the external surface of the parts processed in the finishing work, a heat treatment by which the alloy is heated up to such an effective temperature as hydrogen dissolved in the aluminum alloy is emitted outside, is implemented on the stock lump w1, the stock w3 before forging, or the forging w4 at least in either the forging process or the finishing process.
