PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorption filter tank which can be installed in a narrow space, supply water continuously, and correspond to the variation in a filtration capacity. SOLUTION: An injection port 2 for injecting raw water before filtration and a discharge opening 3 for discharging treated water after the filtration are provided. Filter units 5 in which filter layers 4 comprising active carbon and natural stone are formed are piled up freely attachably/detachably, a water distribution header 7 for distributing the raw water to each filter unit 5 is installed, and a water collection header 8 which collects the treated water from each filter unit 5 and discharges it downstream is installed.
