PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine to which a medium treatment device can be installed without enlarging a game machine body and in which a player can easily replace a disk. SOLUTION: An optical disk drive 31 is swingably arranged in a storage section 32 formed of a front door plate 15 and a decorating plate 16a. Swing in one direction of the optical disk drive 31 makes an insertion opening 39a move to the front side of the decorating plate 16a and allows an optical disk cartridge 38 to be inserted. Therefore, a player can easily replace the optical cartridge 38. On the other hand, swing of the optical disk drive 31 in the other direction makes the optical disk drive 31 to be stored in the storage section 32. Therefore, without enlarging a game machine body, a reduction in a space to mount other members on the reverse side of the front door plate 15 can be prevented.
