PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that final (g)×(sec) (centrifugal effect) gets different for every separation by the variation of deceleration gradient at the time of trying to control the (g)×(sec) until the shift to the deceleration and the final adjustment is necessary to be performed at a low speed region to take long time at the time of trying to control (g)×(sec) until the stopping though the repeating accuracy is improved when the operation is performed at a value obtained by integrating the centrifugal acceleration with time in the repeating separation under the same condition. SOLUTION: The separation having the high repeating accuracy is efficiently performed by controlling to be the slowest in the usually considerable condition and keeping a fixed deceleration slope to fix (g)×(sec) value in the deceleration even when the quantity or the density of a sample, the kind of a test tube or the input voltage to the separator main body is changed. |
