PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a germinated brown rice, capable of compulsorily stirring the brown rice under promotion of germination, without using sterilized water or disinfected water and without requiring the change of the water. SOLUTION: When an air pump is driven, bubbles are successively gushed out from a cylindrical part 17 of a filter 1, and the bubbles are floated up to the bottom surface 3 of a brown rice-storing container 6 hooked at the upper part of the filter 1. The resultant bubbles stay at the lower part of the bottom surface 3, surrounded by an under edge frame 4 without penetrating micro pores at the bottom surface 3 of the brown rice-storing container 6. The bubbles grow large by joining to the bubbles floated up one by one. When the inner pressure of the formed large bubble is gradually heightened, the air in the large bubble is released from a small hole 5 formed at the center of the bottom surface 3 into the storing container 6 for the brown rice as a vigorous stream to gush into the brown rice stored in the brown rice-storing container 6 as bubbles, and the brown rice is stirred while forcing the brown rice up. |
