PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorating sheet capable of precisely treating to be decorated, not bringing about distortion, unevenness, crack, breakage or the like of a design at a molding time and not bringing about a wrinkle and a decorating molding using the sheet. SOLUTION: The decorating sheet comprises a thermoplastic resin sheet 1 treated to be decorated with a design layer 2 or the like, and a fibrous sheet 4 containing fiber made by impregnating the fiber with a thermosetting resin and curing the resin and laminated on a rear surface of the sheet 1. Since an elongation of the sheet 4 is not present even at a high temperature for molding the fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin an its rigidity can be maintained, the distortion, unevenness, crack, breakage or the like of the design at a molding time can be prevented, and further the wrinkle occurring due to flowing of the thermosetting resin can be also prevented, and its molding yield is improved. A precise decoration can be given.
