PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing an α-glucosidase that is derived from a plant and has hitherto been difficult to be industrially produced. SOLUTION: The 1st objective recombinant vector consists of α-glucosidase gene derived from Fagopyrum esculentum. The 2nd objective transformant contains the recombinant vector. The 3rd objective method for producing the α-glucosidase comprises the steps of culturing the transformant, and collecting the α-glucosidase from the culture.
