PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow container with an applicator for head air dressing material, which is constituted so that the cosmetics are injected directly to an applicator from the container containing the cosmetics such as hair dye, the cosmetics can be applied to a head portion without spattering around or spilling down, the applicator can be separated easily and washed for cleaning up, and a brush body can be used separately. SOLUTION: The application that is able to directly apply cosmetics in a container is formed by detachably mounting a brush body 7 on a cap body 3A with a plurality of comb teeth 5. The cap body 3A with the comb teeth 5 is formed by projectingly forming a support 4 for comb teeth on the top wall 3a of a cap body 3 which is formed threadably into a mouth neck portion 2 of a hollow container 1 by injection molding of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, installing comb teeth 5 uprightly on the support 4 and forming injection holes 5a for cosmetics on the top side surface of the comb teeth 5, and is treaded into the mouth neck portion 2 of the container 1 that contains hair cosmetics. And the brush body 7 is formed by uprightly planting brush hair 8 being longer than the comb teeth length and having adsorptivity on an almost U-shaped brush retainer 6 which is formed so as to be able to fit with the support 4 for the comb teeth.
