PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fine powder of green leaves of grass, good in dispersibility in water, hardly providing feeling rough to the tongue when the suspension is tasted, good in texture of the suspension, and excellent in palatability. SOLUTION: This method for producing the fine powder of the green leaves of the grass comprises a branching step of branching the green leaves of the grass, a rolling step of rolling the green leaves obtained in the branching step, a drying step of drying the green leaves obtained in the rolling step, and a pulverizing step of pulverizing the green leaves obtained in the drying step.
