PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strongly joining metal members each other with no heat distortion nor welding marks. SOLUTION: In a rotation tool 1 where a projecting part 3b is formed at an end part 3, a metal structure is agitated to a rotating direction of the rotation tool 1 by the radiate concavo-convex at the end part 3 and a plastic flow is applied toward the direction of ups and downs in accordance with the periodic rotation at a boundary between the first metal member W1 and the second metal member W2. By this periodic flow toward the direction of up and down, a diffusion is accelerated at the boundary of the both metal members and finally the lapped first and second metal members W1, W2 adjoined without melting.
