PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf practicing utensil by which a swing practice can be easily performed even in a small place such as the inside of a room, while acquiring the feeling of an impact. SOLUTION: This golf practicing utensil comprises an internal cylinder 1, an external cylinder 3, a cushioning member 9, and connecting members 7 and 8. In this case, for the internal cylinder 1, a section 2 to be stopped is provided. In the external cylinder 3, the internal cylinder 1 is slidably housed. Also, for the external cylinder 3, a stopper section 4, with which the internal cylinder 1 collides when the internal cylinder 1 tries to slip out by the centrifugal force of a swing, is provided. The cushioning member 9 softens the impact at the time of the collision. The connecting members 7 and 8 connect or release the internal cylinder 1 with/from the external cylinder 3.
