PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate for higher tibia osteotomy that prevents the inner face of a contact face of the tibia to slip and cave each other and exhibits substantial initial fixing intensity against the contact face of the tibia. SOLUTION: This plate 10 comprises a main plate 11, an auxiliary plate 12, a bolt 13, and a bolt 14 and is connected to an outer surface including the contact face of the tibia in a looped manner. A spacer 23 is installed on an inner surface of the main plate 11 at a position corresponding to a space S formed downside of the above contact face.
