PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling and winding device for a flat wire capable of forming a coil that allows the improvement of a space occupancy of a coil part compatible with the enhancement of durability of a lead wire. SOLUTION: By controlling a reel-traveling unit 20 so that a wire material 3 starts to wind to a forming range of the coil part 4b at a timing of a tip of a rolled portion of the wire material 3 rolled to flat by the rolling device 30 to reach a reel 4, and also by controlling a roll-finish timing of the wire material 3 by the rolling device 30 so that a rear end of the rolled portion of the wire material 3 rolled by the rolling device 30 reaches the reel 4 at a timing of the wire material 3 to finish to wind to the forming range of the coil section 4b, a part of the wire material 3 that forms the coil part 4b is merely rolled to flat. |
