PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for an electric resistance welded steel pipe capable of efficiently forming a lubrication film that gives an excellent lubricative processability to the internal surface and/or the external surface of the pipe. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing device for the electric resistance welded steel pipe that mounts a strip feeder 1, a forming unit 2, a seam-welding unit 3 and a sizing machine 4 disposing them in succession on a line, an internal film-coating unit 10 for forming a film capable of enhancing the lubricative performance of the internal surface of the pipe is mounted at the front stage of the forming unit 2, or an external film-coating unit 11 for forming a film capable of enhancing the lubricative performance of the external surface of the pipe is mounted at either the front stage of the forming unit 2 or the rear stage of the sizing machine 4, or both of the internal film-coating unit 10 and the external film-coating unit 11 are mounted for a combination use. Furthermore, a film-remedy unit 12 that remedies a film formed by the external film- coating unit 11 is mounted at the rear stage of the forming unit 2. |
