PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a needle-less injector suitable for giving one dose or a small amount of dose, disposable after the injection, and sufficiently inexpensive has not been realized in a conventional technology. SOLUTION: This needle-less injector has a cartridge (3) with liquid medicine accommodated in advance, and the cartridge comprises a freely slidable piston (32) and an injection orifice (10). A ram (22) is urged by a pre-loaded spring (24) in order to perform the injection by hitting the piston. An adjusting means (6) is provided to change the dosage of injection. Triggers (26 and 30) start the injection only when the optimum contact pressure reaches between an injection orifice (1) and an objective surface skin. The initial loading of a driving spring (24) is sufficient for giving every content of every dosage for one time or a plurality of times stored in the medicine cartridge. A disposable and recyclable example is also available. The cartridge (3) has a glass body and the piston slidable in the body, and is formed of polytetra-fluoroethylene. |
