PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble or repair a mechanism constituting a Pachinko ball payoff device by unitizing the mechanism. SOLUTION: A case body 1 is respectively provided with a ball replenishing flow passage 13 for receiving the pachinko balls of a tank rail and guiding them downwards,a unit 20 for setting the number of payoff balls which has a ball feeding member 22 for feeding the pachinko balls sent out from the ball replenishing flow passage 13, payout flow passages 5 and 36 and ball discharge flow passages 6 and 37 in a branching shape where the pachinko balls sent out from the unit 20 can flow in and a distribution mechanism 37 for distributing the pachinko balls flowing into the branching part of the payoff flow passages and the ball discharge flow passages to one of the payoff flow passage and the ball discharge flow passage. The payoff ball number setting unit 20 is separably connected to the case body 1 and the case body 1 is attachably and detachably mounted on a main body frame.
