PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating device which performs feeding of a heating value to a laminating film without depending on the circumferential speed of a pair of rollers, and suppresses the generation of curling or wrinkles on a laminate objective. SOLUTION: A recording medium 20 is heat-pressed by the pair of rollers of a heating roller 40 and a pressing roller 50. The heat-pressed recording medium 20 and a transparent film layer forming member 10 are carried at an acute angle by the pair of rollers to the transparent film layer forming member 10 side, based on a plane including the shaft 41 of the heating roller and the shaft 51 of the pressing roller.
