PURPOSE: A dual high power voltage controlled oscillator is provided, which can prevent unnecessary waste of power by constituting two serially connected buffers to obtain a sufficient high power output level. CONSTITUTION: The first frequency oscillation part(12) generates the first band frequency(for example, DCS frequency band) according to a random input signal, and the second frequency oscillation part(12) generates the second band frequency(for example, GSM frequency band) according to the random input signal. The first buffer(16) amplifies a frequency being output from the first or the second frequency oscillation part, and the second buffer(18) amplifies an output of the first buffer to a fixed level. The first switching part(15) controls on/off of the first buffer, and the second switching part(17) controls on/off of the second buffer.
