DROSS FOR THE PREPARATION OF ALUMINA CERAMIC

摘要

The ceramic dross is used for casting of ceramic alumina foil which is used in electronics and electrical engineering. It is based on alumina, plastifier and solvent. Foil, 0.05-1 mm thick is cast from the homogenized dross which is dried at 55-70°C , and the small plates cut from it are fired in air medium at 1500-1650°C.
