PURPOSE: A cooling fan apparatus is provided to enhance work standardization and productivity by readily assembling by improving assembling structure of a heat radiating fan and a heat sink. CONSTITUTION: A cooling fan apparatus comprises a heat radiating fan(20) and four guide parts(22a,22b) at the bottom corners of the heat radiating fan(20). Each of the four guide parts(22a,22b) has a length enough to accept an extended part(13) of the heat radiating fan(20). Guide groove ends of the pair of the guide parts(22b) are closed. Guide groove(23) of the pair of the guide parts(22a) are open. When the heat radiating fan(20) is moved to one direction, the extended part(13) of the cooling pin passes through the guide groove(23) of the guide part(22a). Then, when the heat radiating fan(20) is linearly moved to one direction, the extended part(13) of the cooling pin is inserted into the guide groove(23) of the guide part(22b).
