PURPOSE: A hair comb or brush with a vibration massage function is provided to allow a user to easily and conveniently use the comb or brush for acupressure treatment at a desired place. CONSTITUTION: The hair comb or brush with a vibration massage function is comprised of a body from which plural teeth of a comb are projected; a motor part installed within the body to vibrate the teeth of the comb according to the operation of a motor(1000); a vibration strength setting and control part(900) for adjusting the power of the motor; a vibration strength display part(910); and a switch for ordering the vibration of the comb or brush.
