An electronic commercial transaction system comprising a user, a result module for managing cash paying/receiving including deposit dealing, an order module for assorting goods and managing ordering/receiving to/from vendors, a delivery module for collecting information on automatic goods delivery and collection, performing goods collection, delivery and management, and certifying the completion of delivery, and a settlement module for connecting individually via communication lines to the user, the result module, the order module and the delivery module, systematically integrating all the connected components, recording/storing a transaction history in a database, and certifying the final presence of goods based on a cooling-off period preset by a cooling-off system. |
