The procedure for covering dry areas with bituminous products involves the use of aqueous emulsions for asphalting highways or the impermeabilization of constructive structures. The procedure consists of adding to the bituminous emulsions, already formed prior to their use, or directly to the dry areas, before being covered with emulsion, a solution of phosphoric esters in polar solvents.
