PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of transmission of an (image) data packet in the case of being transmitted via a wireless radio system. SOLUTION: This system includes a packet production system which produces a wireless image data packet having such size that it is controlled dynamically, according to the properties concerned with a packet. The properties are the number of ones in a serial data stream, the bit error rate in a packet produced during transmission, or the error tendency of bits produced during transmission. A packet side controller decides and changes the side of the packet. A packet producer collects serial image data for packet, and produces a data packet having a data field of size decided by the controller. The packet producer supplies that packet to a wireless packet data transmission system where it is sent to a receiver using the image data.
