The block-supporting wall part (3a) is placeable at an angle in relation to the ground beneath it. Another wall part supporting the block is hinged in its connection to the wall part incorporating the scraping devices (4). The wall part supporting the block incorporates devices for downwards checking of scraped material (1), such as a plate positioned directly beneath the scraping components.
