PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stack structure of a fuel cell wherein a pressure can be uniformly effected on cells, respective cells do not reduce power generation ability, and electric connection between the cells can be guaranteed for a long term. SOLUTION: The stack structure of the fuel cell has a cell laminated body 3 consisted of plural cells 2 mutually laminated, a pair of end plates 4, 4 arranged so as to pinch the cell laminated body 3, and an endless band 5 extendingly installed between the end plates 4, 4 so that the cell laminated body 3 is surrounded. Before the endless band 5 is covered, at a counter face 4B of the respective end plates 4, an edge part 4D is a warped in advance so that the edge 4D in which the counter face 4B and a side face 4C intersect where the endless band 5 passes is separated from opposing cells 2A, 2Z, and so that only the central part of the counter face is formed into a curved form and becomes capable of contacting the cells 2A, 2Z. |
