PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan coil unit where the maintenance of a fan can be performed safely and quickly. SOLUTION: A fan 3 to be fixed free of mounting and removal to a casing 1 is coupled free of vertical rocking, hanging, and removal by hinge mechanism 5 to this casing 1, and the tip of a drain pan 4 and the casing 1 are constituted free of locking and unlocking, and also the base end of this drain pan 4 is fixed free of mounting and removal from the side of the fan to the casing 1. Furthermore, the hinge mechanism is constituted of a hinge equipped with a coupling part free of rocking and separation. In the case of removing the drain pan 4, it will do to unlock the fixation of the base end of the drain pan 1 from inside the casing 1, and shift the drain pan 4 in the direction of tip thereby removing the hook 7 from the casing 1. In the case of removing the fan 3, it will do to unlock the fixation of the fan 3 from the casing 1 and rock the fan 3 downward thereby hanging it down, and shift it obliquely upward thereby separating the coupling part 9, and remove it from the casing 1. |
