<p>The inventive device comprises a body (1) provided with a loading (2) and an unloading (3) orifice. A pressure spiral conveyor (4) provided with spiral grooves on the surface thereof is arranged inside a compression zone (I) of said body. A rotor (5), embodied in the form of a body of rotation is arranged in processing zone (II) in such a way that it can rotate. An annular slot (11) is embodied on the inner surface of the body (1) in the processing zone (II) in such a way that it forms an annular chamber (12) between the inner surface of the body (1) and a lateral face of the rotor (5). An annular boss (13,9) is embodied on the lateral face of the rotor (5) on the side of the unloading orifice (3) or on the inner surface of the body (1) in the processing zone (II) on the side of the unloading orifice (3). Said boss correspondingly forms a circular clearance (10) with respect to the inner surface of the body (1) or to the side face of the rotor (5),. The minimum width of the circular clearance (10) is equal to or less than 50 % of the mean width of the annular chamber (12). The ratio between the length of the pressure spiral conveyer (4) and the spread of the circular clearance (10) is equal to 1:(0.2-0.8):(0.o1-0.25). The inventive device is provided with means (7) for cooling the rotor and /or the body in the processing zone (II), and also with means (6) for cooling the pressure spiral conveyer and /or the body in the compression zone (I).</p> |
