PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make light suitably irradiate a desired planar region while projecting parts of a light transmission plate are kept inconspicuous in appearance. SOLUTION: The light transmission plate 2 is constructed by equipping a transparent member 20 having a planar front surface 20a and a rear surface 20b on which a plurality of the projecting parts 21 are formed and is capable of emitting light entering the inside of the transparent member 20, while being made to be reflected with the front surface 20a and the rear surface 20b and being made to advance to a specified direction, from a plurality of the projecting parts 21 to the outside. A plurality of the projecting parts 21 are made to have shapes with inclined slopes standing from the rear surface 20b in a cross section in the specified direction and discretely arranged on the rear surface 20b. |
