PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell adapter case which can contribute to resource saving and environmental protection, enabling easy attachment and detachment, and manufacturing, reduction in cost, with small number of parts, without wastages. SOLUTION: The cell adapter case is housed in an electrical appliance, and makes a cell smaller than a standardized cell usable. The cell adapter case is formed into a shape identical with that of the standardized cell, and equipped with a cylindrical case body 3 enabling housing of a small cell 20, and the case main body 3 is composed of the first half body 1 and the second half body 2, capable of opening and closing by swaying around hinge parts 4 formed at one end side.
