PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit data of a ring bus even an empty slot is generated. SOLUTION: A connector is provided with a mechanism (terminal) 10 for by-passing the ring bus, and the by-pass mechanism 10 is mounted on a connector which becomes an empty slot.
